WHAT MAKES EVERY FRIDAY BRILLIANT? (Global Regions#)

1 , The “Brilliant Friday Promotion" (“Promotion”) is for Brilliant by Langham members (“Member”) only.  

2  , The Promotion runs from February 7, 2025 (HK time) to March 6, 2025 (HK time) (“Promotion Period”).

3 , The coupon redemption under this Promotion (“Promotion Coupon”) is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stock lasts. Members can redeem the Promotion Coupons at the Brilliant by Langham mobile application.  

4 , Brilliant Award Points will be deducted from the Member account upon successful redemption of the Promotion Coupon(s).  

5 , To the extent permitted by applicable laws, once the redemption of the Promotion Coupon is completed, redeemed Brilliant Award Points cannot be refunded. 

6 , For the same Promotion Coupon, each Member can redeem it once only.  

7 , Each Promotion Coupon has its own terms and conditions. Members should follow the respective terms and conditions when using the Promotion Coupons.  

8 , To the extent permitted by applicable laws,  the interpretation of the Promotion’s scope, application, these terms and conditions by Brilliant by Langham shall be final.

9 , To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Brilliant by Langham reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10 , Brilliant By Langham Membership Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy applies. Any terms used but not determined herein shall have the same meaning defined in the Brilliant by Langham Terms and Conditions.

11 , This Promotion and its terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People’s Republic of China. A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) to enforce any term herein. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities among the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese versions (or any other translations) of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
